1. What are your age requirements?
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
Must be 18 to rent with a valid ID and credit card
Ages 16+ to drive
Ages 4+ to ride passenger in a UTV (bring car seat if necessary)
Ages 7+ to shoot
2. Can I book online?
Yes, you can! It’s as simple as clicking on “Buy Ticket” and following the checkout process. If the availability you’re looking for is not there, it is either completely full or simply not available. (we do not take phone reservations)
3. When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time of booking.
4. Do you offer activities daily/all year round?
We offer activities every day of the year, even on Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
5. Will you put other people (strangers) in my vehicle?
No! If you only have two/three people in your party sharing a UTV, the other seat(s) will remain empty. The ATVs are single-seat only.
6. Can I have multiple reservations and still have everyone ride together?
Yes! You can have as many separate reservations as you want, we will group you when you arrive. Just be sure to be the same activities and time slots.
7. Is it difficult to drive the ATV or UTV?
Driving the ATV is more of a challenge and a physical workout than driving a UTV. The UTVs are easy to drive, like a jeep. We have beginner and advanced terrain available and our on-site staff will help you make the right choice for your ability level as well as let you switch to a UTV if you book the ATV and are not comfortable on it.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
For most reservations, we can provide a refund if notified via email 72 hours prior to your scheduled activity. For bookings $1000 and up, there is a 6% cancellation fee. Certain reservations, such as large groups or special circumstances, may require a different cancellation policy, which will be discussed during the booking process. 9. What if I am running late for my scheduled time?
If you are late and miss your guided tour, you have the option to reschedule your tour or to go on a unguided tour. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to reschedule.
If you are late for a morning unguided tour, you will still be able to go riding for your full time. If you are late for an evening unguided tour, we may have to cut your time short due to limited daylight. You also have the option to reschedule if you prefer. Email email@example.com to reschedule.
10. What if I reserve the ATV but find it to be too difficult?
We will do our best to switch you to the UTV. Please note, we have a two-person minimum for our UTV. Also, we can only switch you to a UTV if we have one available, which might not be the case during our busiest days. Because we always disclose that the ATVs can be challenging to drive, we are not able to offer refunds if no UTVs are available to switch to.
11. Will you deliver rental vehicles?
We typically do not deliver. We do however have direct trail access, so you can ride right from our property.
12. What if it rains?
Tours go out, rain or shine! In the rare instance that bad weather is severe and affects safety, we will either reschedule or refund.
13. How do I book a large group or corporate event?
Groups under 25 people use the the online booking process. Groups over 25 people please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
13. Can I schedule for a different than what the website shows available?
