We guarantee the equipment and/or vehicles provided will perform as expected. If any equipment or vehicle fails during normal use not caused by the operator or a third party, we will either provide another equal price piece of equipment or refund your money.

If we cancel your reservation for any reason barring an act of God, we will reschedule you at no charge.
